The Sony Xperia Z5 is expected to release in this September, 2015. It will serve as the successor to the flagship model of the company, Sony Xperia Z4. The phone will contain features such as 4k Recording, Fingerprint sensor, latest Android update etc.
Design & Display
The Sony Xperia Z5 is likely to follow the usual Design language of the Xperia series. It is more likely to feature a design similar to the one found on the Z4, but may support a bigger phone size to support fingerprint scanner.
The screen size of the device will likely to be 5.5 Inches, witha resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, makingit full-HD screen. The screen will utilize 4k X-Reality technology, which is found in the company’s LED TVs. Due to this, the colors of the device are enhanced and they appear much brighter. The viewing angles of the phone are expected to be decent.
Software and Hardware
The Sony Xperia Z5 will run the Android operating system, along with its own UI skinned on top of it. The device’s hardware paired up along with the latest Android OS will be able to deliver a lag-free experience.
The phone runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 Operating system, which will be released by the time the phone gets in the market, and will more likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset rather than the rumored 820 chipset.
The device comes will come with sufficient amount of storage for installing applications. The phone is unlikely to support any kind of external MicroSD card for storing more media such as audio, video etc. The cellphone will also be packed with a high size RAM, which can help people multi-task without experiencing any shutters or lag.
The unlocked cellphone will come with 32 GB of internal storage for installing applications. 3 GB of RAM is rumored to beprovided for running applications and multi-tasking between them.
The Sony Xperia Z5is expected to come with a 20.7 Megapixel front-facing camera. The camera is supposed to capture high resolution photos of high quality. It will most likely be able to capture minor details, and the color reproductions should also be good. Dual-LED and Autofocus capabilities will most likely be included in the camera, and features like slow motion and optical stabilization may also make their way in. The camera will be able to record at least full HD videos. An 8 Megapixel front-facing camera will also be provided in the cellphone for the user to click selfies, and for video chatting. The camera will contain features such as smoothening etc for better selfies, and just like the rear-facing camera, it should at least be able to capture full HD videos.
The device is rumored to pack a humongous 4500 mAh capacity battery to last longer. It is expected that with this size, the phone could last a user at least 2 days of mixed usage, however, official standby time is yet to be released.
